Where this begins

You don’t have to keep carrying this.

If you’ve ever felt like something just isn’t sitting right, even when everything on the outside looks okay, you’re not alone.

I’ve come to learn that many of us carry things we were never meant to carry for this long. Stress that lingers. Emotions that never had a place to be processed. Beliefs that quietly shape how we see ourselves and what we think we deserve.

And the hard part is, most of the time, we don’t even realize it’s happening.

We just feel it.

We feel stuck. Tired. Disconnected. On edge. Or like we’re doing everything we can but still not getting where we want to be.

That’s where this work begins.

How I got here

The work found me before I found it.

The first time I experienced this kind of work personally, I was 19 years old. That was when Dr. David Newcomb introduced me to muscle testing. He opened the door to a completely new way of understanding the connection between the body, emotions, and beliefs. Over time, he generously taught me how to muscle test and, more importantly, how to trust the answers I was receiving.

Years later, at 29, I had the privilege of working with Dr. Denise Parker, who introduced me to Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) and other body-based modalities. During one of our sessions, I uncovered a belief I had been carrying since I was 7 years old: “I’m not allowed to be happy or have fun.”

That belief was connected to a specific childhood experience at school. After working through and releasing it, my family and I began noticing meaningful changes in my personality and how I showed up in life. I had always been known as reserved and introverted. Over time, I became more open, expressive, and comfortable allowing myself to enjoy life without holding back.

Another major struggle for me was a fear of heights. My wife loves adventure and heights, while I was usually the one volunteering to hold the bags during rides or attractions. Before a trip to Costa Rica, my wife wanted to go zip lining through the jungle. Deep down, I truly wanted to experience that with her.

Using what I had learned through NET, I decided to work on myself. To my surprise, something shifted. I was able to zip line with my wife, and even enjoy roller coasters afterward, something I never imagined myself doing before.

Since first meeting Dr. Newcomb, I always knew I wanted to help people in a similar way. For years, I assumed that would require attending medical school or becoming a chiropractor. I kept searching for educational paths that aligned more closely with the kind of work I felt drawn toward.

Then, in January 2026, I came across an interview with Dr. Bradley Nelson, the creator of The Emotion Code®. That moment connected so many dots for me. Everything I had learned over the years from Dr. Newcomb, Dr. Parker, and others suddenly came together in a way that made sense.

I enrolled in the courses and began studying immediately. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to help family, friends, and others explore emotional, energetic, and belief-based imbalances that may be contributing to what they’re experiencing.

What I want to do now is straightforward: help people who feel stuck and are looking for another perspective. If you feel like you’ve tried everything and still haven’t found answers, don’t lose hope. Sometimes the body is communicating something deeper through emotional stress, unresolved experiences, imbalances, or limiting beliefs. My hope is to help you explore those possibilities in a calm, grounded, and supportive way.

My Approach

Your body has been doing its best to protect you.

I don’t believe you’re broken. I believe your body has been doing its best to protect you.

Through The Emotion Code®, I help uncover what may be stored beneath the surface. Not to dig up the past for the sake of it, but to gently release what no longer needs to stay. The Body Code™ and The Belief Code® will join my practice as I complete those certifications.

This isn’t about forcing change. It’s about creating space for it.

We work together in a way that feels calm, respectful, and real. Your body leads. I guide.

What it feels like to work together

You don’t have to show up perfectly here.

You don’t have to have the right words. You don’t have to explain everything.

You just have to show up as you are.

This is a space where you can exhale. Where you can feel seen without being judged. Where small shifts start to create real change.

What you can expect

Practical clarity, not mystery.

When you work with me, you can expect:

  • A calm and supportive environment, nothing rushed, nothing performed.
  • Clear communication about what we’re doing and why, you’ll never be left wondering.
  • A respectful, step-by-step process, we go at your pace, not mine.
  • Space to ask questions at any point, nothing about this work needs to feel mysterious.

Every session is focused on helping you feel more balanced, more clear, and more like yourself.

Why this matters to me

I’ve seen what happens when those things begin to lift.

My interest in this work started early. I was introduced to approaches that focus on how the body responds to stress, and over time I continued learning and exploring them for myself.

What stood out wasn’t just the techniques, it was the impact. I experienced firsthand how much of a difference it can make when the body is supported in letting go of stress it’s been holding onto.

I’ve seen how heavy it can feel to carry things that were never meant to stay. And I’ve also seen what happens when those things begin to lift.

There’s more clarity. More peace. More freedom to be present and fully yourself.

That’s why I do this work today, to offer that same kind of support to others in a way that feels safe, clear, and grounded.

An invitation

You don’t have to keep carrying everything on your own.

There’s another way forward. And I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you find it.
