This page sets out the nature of the services offered by Release & Restore Holistic Wellness (referred to here as “the Practice”) and the terms under which they are provided. By using this website, booking a session, or participating in any service offered, you confirm that you have read and accept the information described below.

An educational, wellness-focused service.

The information shared on this website and during sessions is educational and wellness-focused in nature. It is not medical advice, psychological advice, diagnosis, treatment, or counseling, and should not be treated or relied on as such.

Not medical or mental health care.

Bryan Guardiola is not a physician, psychologist, therapist, counselor, or licensed health care provider of any kind in Texas or any other state. Sessions and content provided through the Practice are not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or any other form of regulated health care. The Practice does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical or psychological condition.

Always consult qualified providers.

You should always consult a qualified physician, mental health professional, or other appropriately licensed practitioner about any health concerns. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of anything you read on this website or experience during a session.

In case of emergency.

The Practice is not equipped for crisis intervention. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact your local emergency services immediately. In the United States, you can also call or text 988 for free, confidential support from the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, available 24 hours a day.

About the methods used.

Bryan is a certified practitioner of The Emotion Code® and is actively pursuing certifications in The Body Code™ and The Belief Code® , methods trademarked by Discover Healing. Sessions currently offered through this Practice use The Emotion Code® only. The Body Code™ and The Belief Code® will be added as Bryan completes those certifications. These are alternative wellness approaches. They are not regulated or licensed by any state, and have not been independently evaluated by Western medical or psychological institutions. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease or psychological condition, and their effectiveness has not been verified through clinical research.

Individual results will vary.

Every person is different. The Practice makes no representations, promises, or guarantees regarding any specific outcome from any session, service, or material offered. Stories, examples, or testimonials shared on this website describe individual experiences and should not be interpreted as predictions of results for anyone else.

Personal responsibility.

Participation in any service offered is voluntary. You take full responsibility for any decisions you make, including whether to begin, continue, or end your engagement with the Practice. You agree that your use of this website and the services offered is at your own risk.

Confidentiality and its limits.

Personal information you share, through booking forms, intake forms, or sessions, will be kept confidential. However, confidentiality may be limited or broken in the following specific circumstances:

• Legal compulsion. A valid court order, subpoena, or legal warrant requiring disclosure.
• Mandated reporting. Reasonable suspicion of child abuse, neglect, sexual exploitation, or sex trafficking (Texas Family Code § 261.101), or abuse, neglect, or exploitation of an elderly or disabled adult (Texas Human Resources Code § 48.051). Bryan may be required by Texas law to report regardless of how the information was learned, including information disclosed in a session.
• Imminent safety concerns. A serious, imminent risk of harm to yourself or to others.
• Service providers. Limited disclosure to our payment processor (Stripe), email service provider, hosting provider, and video conferencing provider for transactional purposes only. Each service provider has its own privacy and security commitments.

Outside of these circumstances, your information will not be sold, shared, or disclosed without your written permission. Full details on data handling are available in our Privacy Policy.

Trademark acknowledgment.

The Emotion Code®, The Body Code™, and The Belief Code® are registered trademarks of Discover Healing (Wellness Unmasked, Inc.) and are used here by Bryan Guardiola as a certified practitioner.

Limitation of liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Release & Restore Holistic Wellness, Bryan Guardiola, and any associated parties accept no responsibility or liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or harm, physical, emotional, psychological, financial, or otherwise, arising from your use of this website or your participation in any service offered. Your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the website and the services.

Changes to this disclaimer.

This disclaimer may be updated from time to time. Any updates will be reflected on this page, and the “Last updated” date at the top will indicate when the most recent change was made. Please check back periodically.

Acceptance.

By continuing to use this website, booking a session, or participating in any service offered by Release & Restore Holistic Wellness, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms above.

Cancellation & refunds.

Sessions are paid for at the time of booking. The following cancellation and refund terms apply to all paid bookings:

• More than 24 hours before your session: You may cancel or reschedule for a full refund. Refunds are processed automatically through the original payment method.
• Less than 24 hours before your session: Cancellations and reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
• No-shows: Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.
• If Bryan declines a booking: If for any reason your booking request cannot be accommodated, you will be fully refunded automatically.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds typically appear on the original payment method within 5,10 business days.

Scope of practice and referral.

Bryan Guardiola is not a licensed medical or mental health provider. If your needs fall outside the scope of this wellness-based practice, you may be referred to a licensed professional.

Indemnification.

By using these services, you agree to indemnify and hold Release & Restore Holistic Wellness harmless from any claims arising from your use of the services or reliance on information provided.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Severability.

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

HIPAA non-applicability.

The Practice is not a covered entity under HIPAA. Information shared during sessions is treated with care and confidentiality as described in the Privacy Policy, but is not subject to HIPAA protections.
