Many people who book sessions are already working with healthcare providers, therapists, coaches, or other forms of support. These sessions are not meant to replace medical or mental health care, but to complement an overall wellness journey in a calm and grounded way.
Sometimes people still feel emotionally overwhelmed, mentally stuck, disconnected from themselves, or under ongoing stress even while doing “all the right things.” This work is designed to gently explore patterns of stress and tension while supporting greater awareness, balance, and overall well-being.

Think of your natural state like a flowing river.
When life feels balanced, your thoughts, emotions, body, and nervous system can move with more ease. But over time, stress, emotional patterns, difficult experiences, limiting beliefs, and body imbalances can build up like branches in a river.
Over time, those “branches” can begin to create a dam.
That dam may show up as feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, reactive, heavy, or not quite like yourself.
At Release & Restore Holistic Wellness, the goal is to gently identify what may be contributing to that blockage, release what may no longer be serving you, and support your body’s natural ability to settle, restore, and move forward.
Not by forcing anything. Not by diagnosing anything. But by helping create space for more clarity, calm, and flow.
How It Works
You don’t need to know exactly what’s wrong, or have the perfect words. You just need to be open to feeling better.
Choose a 45-minute virtual session. Pick a time that fits your week.
You share what’s coming up. No pressure, no judgment, no need to perform. Just an honest starting point.
I guide a calm process to notice and gently support what your body may still be carrying.
Sessions are guided using the official Discover Healing practitioner framework, a structured methodology that keeps the process organized from session to session. It is wellness-based and does not diagnose medical or psychological conditions.
